On adjusted basis, New Residential Investment Corp. reported income for the quarter of $ 0.34 per share, beat the consensus estimate of $ 0.31 income per share by $ 0.03 or 9.68 percent.
The firm had revenue of $ 115.80 million for the quarter, compared to the consensus estimate of $ 111.13 million. The revenues outshined analysts estimates by $ 4.67 million or 4.20 percent.
The financial report showed revenues down 38.42 percent versus second quarter of last year.
